- assessment of the maturity level of the organization’s digital transformation
- formation of basic datafication tools
- modernization of business processes through the implementation of digital solutions
- development and implementation of policies aimed at digital transformation of business processes

- conducting business process notation in order to optimize the organization’s work
- selection of the optimal set of software products for the digitalization and datafication of business processes
